We've only been serious RV'ers for 2 years now just starting into our 3rd. We've been spending most of our fall, and spring in Gulf Shores, AL; Most of the winter in Mercedes, TX; and most of the summer traveling the USA. - so far we have visited 42 states and are having the time of our lives and meeting the very nicest people. We do manage to get home for a few weeks between trips and are planning on selling out and going full time.(we are almost there now). In May of this year my husband and I bought a new 2006 Cambridge (by Keystone) 40' 5th wheel w/4 slides that is super deluxe and we love it. We put 9,082 miles this summer on a trip North and West to Washington, down the coast then back to Alabama. It was a trip of a life time and I saw so many beautiful places in the USA. Last year we went North to Niagra Falls, thru Canada then down the east coast to Charleston then back to Alabama.

Niagra Falls, Bar Harbor ME, Charleston SC, Black Hills, Yellowstone Park, Grand Canyon, and Gulf Shores, AL.

We haven't been there yet.

Hello. Welcome to Rv Scrapbook website. I would like to introduce myself, " Texas Terry." I hope someday we have a chance to meet in person and to be able to share some common interests. We Rvers are all like one big happy family. I hope you enjoy this website as much as I do. Please go and read all my blogs and Groups. I have added some very useful and helpful information I think would be beneficial to you. I hope all your rv journeys are interesting and fun. Take care my friend and fellow Rver. Texas Terry

Hi, the park I was talking about is Clear Creek Recreational Park it is also on Smith Lake. I think it is a privately owned park. It is very nice there. I don't know if you know much about the Jasper area, but it is located on the Fall City Rd. which is located around the Manchester area of Walker County. Coming from Double Springs get on 195 Hwy going toward Jasper, you will come to a little community call Manchester, the Fall City Rd. will be the road on the left right before you get to Manchester Auto Parts store. Just follow the Fall City Rd. to the end and there is the park. Nice camping area, with asphalt pads pretty level, with pea gravel camping area. It is very popular aound this area.

Greetings, Earthling. Long time no see. Don't make me blow the place up with my death-blaster molecular torch! So... come back soon.

Hi,
Thanks for putting me on your friend's list.

We're stuck home for the moment, not yet retired (9-2008) and recently having health problems, so the RV is in "dock".
Lord willing, we'll hit the road again in March-April, for short trips in Northern West Europe. In May-June we hope to visit Italy.
At the moment I'm knitting a black & white pull, with a Greek pattern (vase, flowers and all kind of patterns) on it, lot's of work but looking beautiful.
And beside that I'm making a kids quilt for a boy, with a castle, armor, helmet a.o. on it.
+ sorting all the digital photo's, they were becoming a mess..... double's and not in the right place.... need to put them on cd's.
Keeping myself busy while waiting for surgery.
Bye for now,

Dini <')><
