Anywhere in Oregon. We really like those little known or unkown places we discover on our own.
The Alvord Desert is perhaps our favorite haunt. Toys of all sorts can be found playing here. Airplanes, Ultralights, Powered Parachutes, ATVs, Motorcycles, Cars and Trucks, Kite Buggies, Landsailers, Hot Air Balloons, and yet with a 60 square mile playground you never feel crowded.
Other activities at the Alvord include Fishing, Hiking, Hunting, Hot Spring Soaking, Rock Hounding, Geocaching, Photography, Thunder Storm Watching, Wildlife and Bird Watching, etc.
