This 40 x 12 RV Pad has 50 and 30 amp electric hookups, water and sewer connections. The pad is located in a quiet sub-division on a deep water canal front with direct ocean access with no bridges. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Also it has a 80 ft. dock with a covered boat doat. Boat slip is available for an additional fee. This pad is located on private property and not in a RV park.
