    • 1/2  c  light mayonnaise
    • 1  c  shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
    • 1/4  tsp  garlic powder
    • 1  8 ounce can whole kernel corn (drained)
    • 1  medium tomato (seeded & chopped)
    • 1  4 ounce can chopped green chili peppers
    • 1/4  c  sliced green onion
    • 2  tsp  canned chipotle chili peppers in adobe sauce (finely chopped)
    • 2  Tbsp  fresh cilantro (snipped)

    • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
    • 1 pint red grape tomatoes, halved length wise
    • 1 pint yellow grape tomatoes, halved length wise
    • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    • 16 whole fresh basil leaves, plus more as needed, chiffonade
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 whole baguette or crusty loaf

    • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
